Everyone knows the feeling of sitting down at the dinner table to enjoy a simple meal with friends and family—these memories of great smells, tastes, conversations, and tears remain with us for a lifetime.

We all have a favourite dish, cook, and restaurant somewhere in the world—our happy place. But what happens when these joints close and our loved ones pass away? Their memories and family recipes disappear forever, taking with them a little piece of our hearts.

The Kitchen Totos’ Food Safari Club was created to preserve these memories and skills. It’s an adventure, a safari across the globe. We’re in pursuit of interesting people, places and recipes. We plan to see this crazy world by hitting the road and taking the long way round.

By visiting new countries and learning different cultures, languages, and recipes, we’ll capture incredible stories and knowledge that we’ll share with you so that their memory can live on forever.
